order for approval of development
and sales in the different
phases of a project, the following
permits are required: |
1.-
Federal:
a)
Approval for environmental impact.
b) Agency report for environmental
protection.
c) Concession for the Federal
Zone.
d) Construction permits for a
beachfront protection wall.
2.-
State:
a)
Authorization for project development.
b) Sales permits for the transferal
of ownership.
c) Condominium regime for each
phase of the project.
d) Payments to the state in order
to obtain sales permits.
3.- Municipal:
a)
License for the use of the property.
b) Feasibility of water use.
c) Construction Permits.
