IRAD
is an
institute

recovering

addictions

shelters
offer
housing,
food

care

people
who
are
addicted
either
to drugs
or alcohol.
Their
only
source
of income
is through
donations;
you
will
see
them
outside
different
businesses
or on
streets
selling
candy
and
asking
for
donations
–
they
carry
an identification
from
either
institution.
